We Heart It |
I'm the type of girl that always eats "safe" food and I wish I was a bit more experimental with food.
I eat every kind of food. While I feel really good after eating some foods, I also feel really bad after eating some other foods. Things as proteins (meat, fish, eggs...), vegetables and fruits make me feel really good because they all have some kind of nutrients that my body needs, while carbs (pasta, rice...) and sweets (chocolate, cake...) make me feel really tired and full after consuming them.
I started to feel like this after I started my diet. Being able to eat every kind of food as proteins, carbs and fruits on different days made me realize what my body likes and needs and what it doesn't.
I also think that our parents and grandparents make us eat and try every kind of food while we are little, so we stick with our thoughts from childhood. For example, when I was little I didn't like any kind of vegetables because I found them really awful, while today I LOVE every kind of vegetables, I have no idea whyy the heck I didn't eat it before, but maybe my taste buds process food differently today.
Soo, I wanna know if you have any food thoughts? Do you eat healthy, not so healthy or completely unhealthy?
